Super Summer 2014Super Summer begins June 24 and ends June 28. IBSA’s Tim Sadler, who directs the week of discipleship training held at Greenville College, asks Illinois Baptists to, “Pray for the executive staff training which began Sunday. Pray that God will prepare our hearts for teaching the students.

“Pray for students who will arrive on Tuesday. Pray for the safety of their travel from all over Illinois. Pray that they will be deeply impacted with the Gospel.” Amen, Tim!

The official Super Summer hashtag is #ILSuperSummer. Remember, that hashtag is good for Twitter and Facebook!

Super Summer 2014

10/40: Send me

June 24-28, 2014

Greenville College – Greenville, IL

Super Summer is a training and learning experience for the students in your youth group who have already committed their lives to Christ and who are seeking fresh ways to develop their fullest potential as Christian leaders. Super Summer is not for everyone in your youth group since it is not an ordinary summer youth camp.

The goal of bringing a student to Super Summer is to encourage and equip them to live an active life as a Christ-follower at home, at school, in their community, their country and the world.

This year's theme focuses on the 10/40 Window. The window is the area of the world between 10 and 40 degrees latitude north of the equator in the Eastern Hemisphere, covering North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. The window contains most of the world’s areas of greatest physical and spiritual needs, most of the world’s least reached peoples, and the most anti-Christian governments in the world.
