RA Congresses and the Boys' Missions Rally are missions focused events for boys in grades 1-6 and their leaders.  Challengers and teen boys are encouraged to come and serve as activity leaders or co-leaders. Each congress and rally will include times of worship, missionary speakers, recreation, races, food, fellowship and lots of fun.

The first ever National Royal Ambassador Racecar Race will take place on June 7, 2008 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  This is the Saturday before the Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting.  The exact location in Indianapolis will be announced soon.

Royal Ambassadors (RAs) is a Bible-centered, church-based, Southern Baptist mission education organization for boys in grades 106 that involves boys and their leaders in the spiritual process of developing an "on-mission" lifestyle.  Through activities that are designed to help children learn about missions and how they can be personally involved in practical missions experiences, RAs reaches boys for Christ and leads them to become ambassadors for Christ through developing biblical character and living the "on-mission" lifestyle as found in the Royal Ambassador Pledge.  For more information about Royal Ambassadors check out their website at http://www.royalambassadors.com/.

Volunteers in Missions provides opportunities for Illinois Baptists to serve as volunteers in missions programs locally and around the world. This area helps to coordinate volunteer needs with available volunteer resources in Construction, Disaster Response, Campers on Mission and Partnership Missions. Training is also provided to church and associational volunteer coordinators.

Challengers provides an arena for adult leaders and young men to grow in their relationship with God, their families, their peers, and their church.  It is where missions and ministry meet.  Challengers is missions education based on a weekly 45-minute meeting and a monthly missions and ministry project.  It is designed for ease of use for the adult leader, but is grounded with depth for the individual who wants to explore God's call for his life.
