Priority is a gathering of like-minded women intentional about being a disciple who makes disciples. At Priority, women celebrate God’s faithfulness through worship and studying God’s word; equip themselves to live as a follower of Jesus through educational breakout sessions and leave ready to return to their area of ministry reminded that they are not alone on their journey.  Priority is planned with you in mind.  You are our community.

Anne Harrison is passionate about connecting women with the God Who loves their souls, with Scripture, and with other women who will encourage them to grow and flourish. She and her husband, Jim, have three young adult sons and a beautiful daughter-in-law! Anne is a graduate of Texas A&M University, holds a Master in Ministry to Women from SEBTS and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary. She loves the local church and served as the Director of Women’s Ministries at First Baptist Church, Wichita Falls, Texas for over a decade. She currently serves on the Lifeway Women’s Event Team, simulcast team, and as a Lifeway trainer. Some of her favorite things include taking long naps on rainy days, short naps on sunny days, and enjoying a cold-brew coffee every day. 

Catherine is a church planter’s wife and a mom and serves as the National Director of Women’s Evangelism at the North American Mission Board. She and her husband, Chris Renfro, have two awesome kiddos. In 2021, they began the church planting journey and launched Hope Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, where Chris is the lead pastor.

Catherine graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2010 with a master’s degree in Christian Education and Biblical Counseling after being called to ministry at 22 and has served in full-time ministry ever since. She is passionate about seeing lost people come to know Jesus and for believers to live out their purpose of making Jesus known.

Bruce is a member of the Conference of Southern Baptist Evangelists. He teaches a comprehensive 13 topic course on spiritual warfare. The course has been translated and filmed into Arabic and has been aired on Elbarsha TV in the middle east. He has also spoken in India, Nicaragua, Argentina, People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, and the occupied territories of the West Bank.

He is best known for the documentary film entitled, God’s Courtroom, which presents the Gospel from a legal perspective and has been aired on several Christian television networks.
 

Connie Dixon was elected as the 24th president of national WMU® in June 2021 at the WMU Missions Celebration and Annual Meeting.
Over the years, Connie has served through WMU in a variety of roles, including executive director of New Mexico WMU (2007-2020) and as president of New Mexico WMU (2003-2007). With a passion for serving and encouraging others, she’s also led many years through Christian Women’s Job Corps/Christian Men’s Job Corps. Additionally, Connie is a certified Spiritual Leadership Coach with Blackaby International.

A native of Elida, New Mexico, Connie is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University and ran a family business with her husband, Herschel, for more than 40 years.
Proud parents of two daughters and three grandchildren, the Dixons are members of First Baptist Church Elida where Connie has been an active member since she was 8 years old. There, she led Acteens for 20 years and currently leads Children in Action. In addition to local missions opportunities, Connie has served on missions trips to Zimbabwe, Thailand, China, Canada, England, and across the United States.

Stay close to the BOS Center and enjoy a buffet dinner at the Abraham Lincoln Hotel with your group! Open to all Priority guests. Serving begins at 5:00 p.m. Cost $30. Limited seating.

saturday morning, april 27

Join us for a leadership breakfast at the Abraham Lincoln Hotel with guest speaker, Catherine Renfro, National Director of Women’s Evangelism at the North American Mission Board. Resource items will be given to those attending. Open to all Priority guests. Plated breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. Cost $25. Limited seating.

Saturday lunch, April 27

Gather with us Saturday afternoon for Pastor’s Wives’ luncheon at the Abraham Lincoln Hotel with guest speaker, Connie Dixon, National WMU President. Resource items will be given to those attending. Open to all pastors’ wives attending Priority. Plated lunch begins at 12:00 p.m. Cost $25.
