Streator Baptist Camp

"Be still before the Lord, all mankind ... Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him ... Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among all the nations. I will be exalted in all the earth."  Zechariah 2:13a, Psalm 37a, Psalm 46:10

Food Service
The dining hall can accommodate 72, or expand to 150 using the connecting conference room. With a modern kitchen, our menu selections are efficiently prepared.

Activities
Acres of wooded hills offer trails for hiking. Other activities and facilities include hayrack rides, campfires, volleyball, game room, sky tours (telescope activity), whitewater rafting (nearby when in season), beach swimming, canoes, paddle boats, fishing, sledding, Frisbee golf, archery, horseback riding (nearby when in season), Wildlife Educators, clowns, cycling, basketball, tetherball, tug of war, horseshoes, sack races, ping-pong, group photos, gift shop and more.

Volunteers
Volunteers have made many of the camp improvements a reality. Volunteers are needed in areas of carpentry, electrical work, kitchen help, flower gardening and miscellaneous maintenance. Volunteers may come singlely or as group, for a few hours or for a week. This can be a great church mission trip for adults, youth or the whole church. You can work hard and still mix it up with devotions, swimming, hiking, etc.

Free Stay
Free stay for pastors and their families when they come without their group.  Enjoy an inexpensive vacation - avoid burnout - spend time in prayer and Bible study.
