BOOK OF REPORTS
Messengers to the Annual Meeting gather to hear reports and set the direction of actions IBSA will take in the next year. They do this through conferring, amending, and voting on the Association’s programs, policies, and recommendations.
The digital version of the 2026 Book of Reports is available to be read HERE. Please review it in advance of the IBSA Annual Meeting. Print copies will also be provided for messengers at the Annual Meeting.

Constitution Committee Report
Messengers will be asked to asked to vote on recommendations regarding the constitution and bylaws of IBSA, Baptist Children’s Home and Family Services (BCHFS), and Baptist Foundation of Illinois (BFI). The report and recommendations are included in the 2026 Book of Reports. Their report can also be downloaded HERE.
Resolutions Committee Report
Messengers will be presented with resolutions for consideration. To preview resolutions in advance of the meeting, see the committee’s planned report HERE. Messengers to the Annual Meeting may also present resolutions directly to members of the Resolutions Committee during the first two sessions on November 3.
