Officials from IBSA churches may register voting messengers through the 2026 Annual Meeting form that was provided to them in the mail or through the online process below. You will still need the information contained in the registration letter received via USPS mail to complete the online form.

Note:
If you are a member of your local IBSA cooperating church and would like to attend the IBSA Annual Meeting as a local church messenger, please contact your pastor. Because messengers are official representatives of their churches, only churches register messengers.
Once your church registers you as an official messenger, they will provide you with an Attendee Registration Card printout (or email) to bring with you to the meeting and present at the registration area.
Individuals from IBSA cooperating churches may also attend any meeting sessions or individual events as guests. Guests are still asked to register in advance for any breakouts or meals the wish to attend using the Individual Registration link.
Your registration as a messenger will not register you for individual events.
Your registration for individual events will not register you as a voting messenger from your church.
