Officials from IBSA churches may register voting messengers through the 2025 Annual Meeting form that was provided to them in the mail or through the online process below. You will still need information from the mailed registration letter to complete the online form.

individuals register for events
We are excited to offer you many great opportunities to connect and learn at the 2025 IBSA Annual Meeting. This includes several ministry focused meals throughout the two-day meeting and over 20 practical breakout trainings on Wednesday morning.
You will register for all individual events at this link. Choose breakouts to attend, sign up for ministry leader gatherings, receive more information about childcare.
Your registration for individual events will not register you as a voting messenger from your church.
If you are a member of your local IBSA cooperating church and would like to attend the IBSA Annual Meeting as a local church messenger, please contact your pastor. Because messengers are official representatives of their churches, only churches register messengers.
Once your church registers you as an official messenger, they will provide you with an Attendee Registration Card printout (or email) to bring with you to the meeting and present at the registration area.
Individuals from IBSA cooperating churches may also attend any meeting sessions or individual events as guests. Guests are still asked to register in advance for any breakouts or meals the wish to attend using the Individual Registration link.
