Place the week of prayer and promotion dates on your calendar.
Download videos and digital images. Request more print materials needed to inform each member about state missions.
Request a speaker. IBSA can send a speaker during August or September to share about state missions.
Plan to participate in a Mission Illinois Day Project on Saturday, Sept. 13 or create your own project.

Let members know how they can participate.
Set up Mission Illinois as an online giving option and share with church members.
Place promotions and print materials in prominent locations. Use Mission Illinois promotional graphics in your, emails, and announcements.
Share IBSA Mission Illinois social media posts to spread awareness.

Rally members to serve together during Mission Illinois Day, Sept. 13.
Each Sunday in September, have corporate prayer for a different individual or ministry highlighted in the MIO prayer guide.
Provide each worship attender a prayer guide and offering envelope August 31, asking people to generously give online or in-person to help your church meet its goal.
Show the videos during worship the four Sundays of September.
Share about state missions during church announcements, connecting their giving to how Mission Illinois advances the gospel in our state.
