Pastors - Prepare a sermon/series on Praying Our Neighbors to Christ (Colossian 4:2-6)
Sunday School Teachers - Tithe the first 6 minutes of each class to praying for the least and the lost
Finance Committee - Make sure Prayer (or Prayer Ministries) becomes a line-item in the budget
Prayer Leaders - Ask permission to insert a quote on praying in each Sunday bulletin this Fall
Small Groups - Take a prayerwalk in the neighborhood of each group member
Choir/Worship Team - At the start of rehearsal, ask team members to walk and pray throughout the sanctuary
Pastors - Work with your DOM to schedule a Pastors & Wives evening of prayer
Deacons/Elders - Add 30 minutes to your first Fall meeting and devote them to praying for the mission, vision, and passion of your congregation
Prayer Leaders - Discuss with your Pastor using the Diagnostic Tool to Assess the Prayer Life of Our Congregation in early Fall (use Search function on website below)
Youth Leaders - Enlist your student leaders in designing a Prayer~Rave; a late-night praise & prayer party
Children’s Clubs - Enlist adults in the congregation as prayer partners for each child, asking the Lord for their salvation and their calling into God’s Kingdom service
Secretaries/Office Administration - Develop an Email Prayer Network for ongoing ministry and daily emergency requests
Library - Invest 25% of your budget to purchase the latest books on prayer
Church Leadership - Invite someone to help you discern a strategy of how prayer can permeate each life and saturate every ministry
