SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to the Illinois Baptist State Association (“IBSA”), you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us in accordance with the terms below.
Purpose of SMS and Email Communications
SMS and email messages are used to provide updates, ministry communications, and promotional information related to Illinois Baptist ministries, missions, events, and resources.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by program:
- Friday with Foshie text: weekly
- IBSA Now email: weekly
- Other IBSA communications: Periodic, depending on ministry updates and activities
Mobile Number and Email Use
- Mobile phone numbers and emails will not be shared or sold to third parties.
- Numbers and emails are used exclusively for IBSA communications consistent with our mission.
Message and Data Rates
Standard SMS message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt‑Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from IBSA unless you re‑subscribe.
