IBSA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SEARCH
The Board of Directors of the Illinois Baptist State Association is receiving candidates for the position of Executive Director.
This position serves as the chief executive and lead strategist for the Association, which is comprised of almost 900 cooperating Southern Baptist churches across Illinois. The Executive Director leads the Springfield-based staff in carrying out their mission to deliver network value that inspires each church to thrive in health, growth, and mission.
The ideal candidate will be a servant-leader, possessing deep spiritual maturity, proven leadership experience, and a compelling vision for advancing the Gospel through church planting, revitalization, evangelism, and discipleship. They will be a unifier and mobilizer, able to lead churches forward in a complex and changing mission field while upholding the theological and missional convictions that define Southern Baptists.
