personal donations

IBSA accepts electronic donations online from individuals through the use of debit or credit cards.

Donations can be given to support two streams of Illinois Baptist work: church planting and development that is funded through the Mission Illinois Offering and state/national disaster response and relief work done by Illinois Baptist volunteers organized and funded through Illinois Baptist Disaster Relief.

Electronic giving is processed through “Square” a secure third-party vendor. They collect their processing fee of  2.9% + 30 cents upon submission.

The donation amount on your IBSA personal charitable giving receipt will reflect the total amount of your entered gift minus the processing fee.

church giving

IBSA provides churches the opportunity to electronically submit giving online through Debit, Credit, or ACH bank transfer.

Churches may submit regular Cooperative Program giving, as well as giving to the Mission Illinois Offering, the Lottie Moon offering (IMB), the Annie Armstrong Offering (NAMB), and World Hunger offering.

Electronic giving is processed through a secure third-party vendor. Third-party processing fees are collected from your total online donation upon submission. Fees are 2.9% + 30 cents for each debit/credit transaction and lower for each ACH transaction. The amount shown on the church’s IBSA charitable giving receipt will reflect the total amount of the entered donation minus the processing fee.

Churches will need their Workspace account information (login and password) to proceed, along with their credit/debit or banking account numbers and online login information.

For Workspace questions please contact DrewHeironimus@IBSA.org or call 217-391-3112.

Churches may also mail giving by check. Please make checks out to IBSA and include a completed remittance form (download the form here). Mail to:
