LEADERSHIP UNIVERSITY – IBSA BUILDING
About:
We all know we need to be raising up leaders from within our church, but how do we do it? Leadership University is a proven approach for developing high-capacity volunteer leaders in your church. You will be provided with a Leader’s Guide and a Participant’s guide (including a digital version – which will allow you to edit the material if desired). We will walk you through the “7 Key Traits of a Leader” that Jesus modeled for us and be given the tools to implement this material in your context. You will be provided with everything you need to proactively start discovering and developing potential leaders who can help you grow and take your church to the next level.
