Participate in a Mission Illinois Day project on Saturday, September 13! Join others in demonstrating the love of Jesus through ready-made, half day outreach and service opportunities. All projects are appropriate for any age and there is no cost to register. Families, churches, and youth groups are all encouraged to serve together!

The Send Relief Ministry Center in Chicago has coordinated several projects working alongside regular ministry partners and church plants. Participants will start and finish the day at their chosen project location.Â

MOUNT VERNON
The Salem South Baptist Association has coordinated several projects in their communities. Participants are encouraged to start the day at a kick-off celebration and prayer at 9 a.m. at Park Avenue Baptist Church (900 Park Ave., Mount Vernon, IL) and will finish the day at their chosen project location.

Family Life Church and Shelter

10 Volunteers to prepare a meal for homeless and serve the mealtime frame from 10 am to 1:30 pm (note: extended time).
Bethel Baptist Church

10 volunteers from 10 am to 12 pm, grilling, racing pinewood derby cars, setting up other kids games, serving and gathering people from neighborhood prior to block party.
